Once we receive your information, we will contact the court for the audio and paperwork, discuss payment arrangements for your deposit, prepare your transcript, and upon completion will provide you with a searchable PDF and/or a paper copy as well as uploading a copy to the court docket via CM/ECF.
Our goal is to always provide our clients with the best customer service around, and while we make every effort to comply with daily transcript orders, orders received after 5:00 p.m. EST may be processed on the following business day. Transcript due dates are calculated from the day we receive your deposit. Please note that we are not responsible for missing audio or any possible delays in receiving audio from the court.
