How do I order a transcript?
To order an original or a copy of a transcript, simply click on our transcript order form and fill out all of the information.  Once you click send, this goes directly to our in-box and we will order the audio and paperwork and get back to you with deposit information.
How do you get the audio and paperwork?
In most cases we deal with the court system and order the audio and paperwork on your behalf.  We also can transcribe audio provided by our clients. If you aren't sure which one fits your situation, just give us a call or shoot us an email and we can help you figure it out.
How much does it cost?
We charge by transcript pages produced.  On average, one hour of audio will produce 45 transcript pages.  Please contact us for our current page rates as they do vary depending on court system and type of project.

How do I pay for my transcript?
Once you place your order and we have the audio and paperwork from the court, we will provide you with an estimate for your deposit payment. We will email you an invoice that will include a link to pay online with your credit card, debit card, or e-check.  Once we receive your deposit, we will get started on your order.

How do I get the completed transcript?
Most of our clients enjoy the ease and convenience of receiving their transcripts in searchable/printable PDF format via email.  We can also send you printed and bound copies and/or condensed copies for a small additional fee plus postage.
